BMC's Pothole QuickFix dashboard publishes every complaint with a location, a status and timestamps. A collector reads it every five minutes and keeps each change it sees, so a "resolved" that gets reopened is never lost.
BMC promises a repair within 48 hours. Past 48h means still unfixed and older than that. Complaints BMC marked invalid are hidden. All times are IST.
Phone location can be faked, so treat the leaderboard as a game, not evidence.
Each pothole is labelled with BMC's own complaint number, and the circle shows its ward. Nothing here is invented — open any pothole and you can pull up the same record from BMC's data service.
BMC records that a photo was taken at each stage but never publishes the file, so this site can only tell you which stages were shot.
Only non-personal fields are collected, and free text is stripped of phone numbers and emails. Your location is used to measure the distance and is never stored — only the pothole you claimed is.
Greater Mumbai only. Navi Mumbai is a separate corporation (NMMC) and publishes no comparable data, so nothing appears there.
